| For this illustration I scanned a dollar bill and manipulated the image using Photoshop's liquify filter to make him more of a bad ass. I used a smooth smudge tool brush on the skin and a stratchy brush on the hair. I finished it off with painting, colorizing, and bit of dodge and burn. |
